Posted at mygnr:

a friend of mine works for a concert agency and i asked her to do a little research. she got some info by accident and according to that source, trent confirmed to a promoter that robin is 100% out of guns n roses. she could get no info on why he left, but there are rumours about heavy fights in the band, ugly stuff i dont wanna post that here. i know a one-post-wonder aint much of a reliable source but i am just sharing what i could find out. please take this for what it is, unofficial and third hand information. look as if at the moment, sadly, this is at good as it gets.

The fact that Madison didn't delete the topic speaks volumes to me. She locked the thread, but she didn't delete it. That means the story is true.

if  robin is out ... gnr is over. cd won't come this year if he is.  Axl will have to find a replacement. also he will have to erase his parts and record them over with the replacement. this is devastating

Yeah, sure. GNR continued after the departure of Steven, Izzy, Slash, Duff, Matt, Tobias, Buckethead and Brain, but when Robin leaves, it's over Roll Eyes.

those guys different. they lower tier.  robin is supposed to be upper. that's why if robin is out, gnr is out too...
