a piece of crap? im the biggest guns n roses fan there is in the world. the fans want change. they want axl rose to do what mick jagger did.....put out new record after new record after new record after new record. mick was always on the stick for the fans with new albums on a regular basis. what about axl? axl doesn't have the fire he had in 1992. when november rain epic video took mtv and tv by storm. the november rain single was dominating the charts. the illusions were #1 on billboard top 200 album chart. when they toured the illusions....they had all this in place. a new record, epic single, and epic music video. made the cover of rolling stone. buzz. promotion. this is when axl had the fire. does axl have the fire now? axl is touring the usa today with no new record, hit single, music video, and magazine cover in place. this isn't the formula for success with rock bands in america. axl isn't getting on the STICK and changing things. axl is touring for the money...

i thought the interview SUCKED

here are my reasons:


1. no release date in 2011 for a new record
2. no confirmation of a new record in 2011
3. no hit singles in 2011
4. no music videos in 2011
5. no new music the 2011 tour
6. no credit to brain, bucket, and robin on chinese democracy cd
7. axl didn't explain why dj was sitting next to him instead of heart of chinese democracy mr. robin finck

no new news from axl in this SUCK interview

I actually thought it was a pretty good interview. Axl did kind of side step the whole RnR HoF issue, but overall I thought it was really cool to hear a lot more of Axl's point of view on a lot of things.

The Hall Of Fame thing is actually the most interesting part of the interview.
Axl could have easily shut it down. But he leaves everything kinda in the middle.
Maybe there's a little hope the whole original band will be there.
Maybe not to play together, but I would be happy if could all be peacefully in a room together.

The rest of the interview was nothing new, but I didn't expect much.
Good to hear Axl talking in a good mood again.
But why was DJ there???
