I think it's because we are in (near) Asia.  I travel between Denmark and Japan a lot.  In Denmark this site loads fine in Japan it's slow as hell like most other western based sites.

 - Layout changed, its more a web 2.0 thing now it fits the way the website will look when it comes live.

 - Forum has been updated with the latest smf engine there are no bugs anymore, nothing visible though.

 - Some people are still viewing the default theme (blue) that may be a problem with the server's live folder which should go away shortly.






For those who cant see the red one.
